Mode of action:

When sprayed into the nose, Sinulan Express Forte forms a stable, osmotic, but non-irritating protective film on the nasal surface. Through osmotic pressure, the film draws hypotonic fluid from the inside of the mucosa and moves the fluid from the inside out. This mechanical process separates and drains contaminants found in the nasal cavity (including free-floating protein molecules, viral particles and bacteria) and unclogs the nasal passages. Osmotic pressure also helps to open and cleanse the sinuses, thereby reducing intrasinus pressure and pain. Also, the film formed by Sinulan Express Forte protects the nasal surface from dryness, irritation and adverse external factors. This extremely local, mechanical and immediate mode of action is directed to the injection site, without being absorbed into the body and helps to provide rapid relief. Clinical results show a noticeable reduction in nasal congestion (nasal blockage) and general symptoms of sinusitis, thus reducing the need for antibiotics.

Directions for use:

1. Clean the nose thoroughly before using the product.

2. Shake the bottle.

3. Remove the protective cap.

4. Press the dispenser once or twice until a fine mist appears.

5. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press the dispenser to spray 2-3 times while inhaling gently. Repeat in the other nostril.

6. Clean the nozzle with a tissue and close the bottle with the protective cap after each use.

For children, adult assistance will be required.

Apply a maximum of 3 times a day, until complete recovery.

Ingredients:

Water, glycerol (26.14%), hydroxypropylcellulose and a combination of essential oils of: eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), peppermint (Mentha piperita), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) and thyme (Thymus satureioides).

Precautions:

Sinulan Express Forte is for topical use only in the nasal cavity.

To reduce the risk of transmission of infection, each bottle should be used by one patient only.

The mechanism of action of Sinulan Express Forte is based on instantaneous osmosis and may cause a slight stinging sensation in the first 10-15 minutes after each application. However, if the irritation is too strong or persists for a longer period of time, it is advisable to discontinue use of the product, as you may be allergic to one of the ingredients in Sinulan Express Forte. The effect of the spray occurs within 10-15 minutes and is accompanied by abundant discharge from the nose. Do not re-apply the spray or any other nasal treatment product during this period. Discharge may last up to 4-6 hours depending on the severity of the initial nasal congestion (nasal blockage). Consult a doctor if symptoms persist without improvement after 14 days of use of Sinulan Express Forte. Sinulan Express Forte is not intended to be used for a period longer than 30 consecutive days.

Storage:

Keep out of reach and sight of children. Store at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Do not use the product if it has expired, if more than 30 days have passed since its first use or if the integrity of the primary packaging is broken

Interaction with other products:

Due to the composition of Sinulan Express Forte, as well as due to the mechanical and local mode of action, interaction with other systemic therapies is unlikely. Do not apply other topical nasal treatment products 15 minutes before or after using Sinulan Express Forte.

Contraindications:

Check the composition of Sinulan Express Forte and do not use it if you are sensitive or allergic to any of its ingredients.

Although all substances used to make this product are derived from food ingredients and are in very small quantities, due to the lack of sufficient specific safety data, we do not recommend using this product in children under 12 years of age and in patients suffering from asthma, rhinosinusitis of fungal or allergic origin, as well as in cases of acute respiratory conditions.

We advise you to consult a healthcare professional before using the product during breastfeeding and pregnancy.

Side effects:

Sinulan Express Forte is not dangerous if swallowed.

Avoid contact with eyes.

In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

If in the first minutes after using the product you notice any type of allergic reaction (severe persistent irritation, burning sensation, swelling) discontinue use and rinse your nose thoroughly with clean fresh water, and if necessary, consult a healthcare professional.

If you notice serious adverse reactions after using Sinulan Express Forte, please immediately notify the manufacturer/distributor and the national competent authorities.

The packaging (including the bottle) can be disposed of as household waste after use.
