Diprosalic cutaneous solution contains two active ingredients: betamethasone (as dipropionate), and salicylic acid. Betamethasone is a topical corticosteroid and belongs to a group of potent corticosteroids. This type of drugs are administered to the skin, to reduce the redness and itching, caused by different skin diseases.
WHAT DIPROSALIC AND WHAT IT IS USED
Diprosalic cutaneous solution contains two active ingredients: betamethasone (as dipropionate), and salicylic acid. Betamethasone is a topical corticosteroid and belongs to a group of potent corticosteroids. This type of drugs are administered to the skin, to reduce the redness and itching, caused by different skin diseases. Salicylic acid softens dry, scaly growths on the skin caused by skin disease and allows the betamethasone reach the underlying ill skin and contribute to its cure.
Diprosalik cutaneous solution is used in adults and children to relieve inflammation, dryness, itching, and discomfort that may result in psoriasis, seborrhea, eczema, dermatitis and other diseases of the scalp and skin, which are responsive to treatment with corticosteroids.
2. BEFORE YOU USE DIPROSALIC
Do not use Diprosalic cutaneous solution:
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to betamethasone, salicylic acid or any of the other ingredients of Diprosalic;
other skin diseases because the condition may worsen, especially in cases of rosacea (a skin disease that affects the face), acne, perioral dermatitis (skin inflammation around the mouth), itching in the genital area, rash in babies, cold sores, chicken pox, and other viral skin diseases.
Pregnancy and lactation
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should tell your doctor before you start using Diprosalik cutaneous solution.
3. HOW TO USE DIPROSALIC
Always use Diprosalik exactly as your doctor tells you. If you're not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual dose for children and adults is a few drops Diprosalik cutaneous solution that twice daily (morning and evening) rubbed gently into the affected areas of the scalp to complete absorption of the drug.
Do not use for any other diseases of the scalp and skin.
Do not use on large areas of the body, as this can increase the amount absorbed.
When children do not apply for a period longer than 5 days.
Do not use large amounts of the dermal solution for an extended period of time (e.g., each day for weeks or months). Avoid contact with eyes.
If you use more than the amount Diprosalic
If you (or someone else) swallow the dermal solution, it should not cause a problem. However, if you're worried, ask your doctor. If you are using dermal solution more often than it should, this can affect certain hormones; in children may interfere with the growth and development. Tell your doctor if you have not used dermal solution as it was prescribed or you used too often and / or for long periods.
If you forget to use Diprosalic
If you forget to dermal solution, do it as soon as you remember and continue with your regular dosing schedule.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Diprosalik can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
For most people, when properly applied, Diprosalik not cause any problems. However, if using the dermal solution more often than is necessary, this can lead to thinning of the skin and to see to it the red spots. This can happen more easily in infants and children. Moreover, dermal solution may cause other skin disease called dermatitis - state provoked by the reaction of the skin to external agents, eg. detergents that cause redness and itching of the skin. If these or other side effects worry you, tell your doctor or pharmacist.
If any of the side effects gets serious, or you notice other effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
5. HOW TO STORE DIPROSALIC
Store below 25 ° C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use Diprosalik after the expiry date stated on the carton and the bottle. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Shelf life after first opening: 6 weeks.

What DIPROSALIC
Active substances are: betamethasone 0,5 mg / g (as dipropionate 0,64 mg / g) and salicylic acid 20 mg / g.
The other ingredients are edetate disodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium hydroxide, isopropyl alcohol and purified water.
