WHAT MILGAMMA N AND WHAT IT IS USED

Milgamma N Injection is a B-complex vitamin / medicine neuropathy . N Milgamma injection is used for:
- Neurological diseases of different origin ;
- Inflammation of nerves ( neuritis ) ;
- Neurological pain ( neuralgia ) ;
- Polyneuropathies ( diseases of the nerves , such as diabetic , alcoholic , etc. . )
- Muscle pain ( myalgia ) ;
- Disease of the vertebrae of the spine ( radicular syndromes) ;
- Specific forms of inflammation of the optic nerve ( retrobulbar neuritis ) ;
- Shingles ;
- Facial palsy (facial paralysis ) ;
- As proppant ( roborant ) .

2 . BEFORE YOU USE MILGAMMA N
You should not use milgamma N:
- If you are allergic ( hypersensitive) to thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1) , pyridoxine hydrochloride ( vitamin B6 ) , cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12 ) or any of the excipients in the formulation of milgamma N;
- In severe conduction disturbances or acute decompensated heart failure ;
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Therefore, the content of benzyl alcohol, milgamma N should not be used in infants and particularly in premature infants . Should not exceed a concentration of 90 mg benzyl alcohol per day. Children up to 3 years of age, higher concentrations of benzyl alcohol may cause toxic reactions and anaphylactoid reactions ( emerging , life-threatening allergic reactions). If necessary, your doctor will give you the necessary instructions.

Take special care with milgamma N injection :
This drug must be injected into the muscle. If the drug is injected into a vein , your condition will be monitored by a physician and may need your accommodation in the hospital depending on the severity of the symptoms that caused the injection .

Taking other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without
recipe .

Pay particular attention to the following:
Solutions containing sulfites ( Vitamin B1 is decomposed completely by solutions containing sulfites . Other vitamins may be inactivated in the presence of degradation products of vitamin B1) ;
INH ( isoniazid ) , cycloserine - used to treat tuberculosis ;
D- penicillamine - used to treat rheumatoid arthritis ;
Epinephrine - used to treat severe allergic reactions ( anaphylaxis) ;
Norepinephrine - used to treat depression and low blood pressure ;
Sulphonamides - antibiotics used in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease , and ;
L- Dora - used to treat Parkinson's disease.
Pregnancy and lactation
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, you suspect that you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant , or if you are breastfeeding. In the application of vitamin B6 during pregnancy and lactation at daily doses up to 25 mg, there is no risk to the mother and fetus / baby . The product contains 100 mg of vitamin B6 ampoule of 2 ml, and therefore should not apply in the case of pregnancy.

Driving and using machines
No special precautions when driving or operating machinery.

3 . HOW TO USE MILGAMMA N
This drug must be injected into the muscle. If the drug is injected into a vein , your condition will be monitored by a physician and may need your accommodation in the hospital depending on the severity of the symptoms that caused the injection .
Your doctor will determine the correct dose for you and how often you apply it .
Usual posology in the severe and acute pain states , the starting daily dose - 1 injection ( 2 ml) daily .
After resolution of the acute pain stage and slowly symptoms : 2-3 times a week for one injection.
Your doctor may prescribe tablets to take in the interval between injections or subsequent treatment . To 3 times daily 1 coated tablet milgamma or milgamma 100 or 1 capsule milgamma N.
Take milgamma N always exactly as directed by your doctor. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are something you are not sure .

If you take more than you should
This medicine will be given supervision by a doctor. However , it is unlikely that you are given too much or too little of the medicine , tell your doctor or nurse if you have any doubts .

If you forget to take milgamma N
If you have missed previous reception / administration of a product, do not take a double dose, and continue to follow the instructions of your doctor.

4 . POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines and milgamma N injection can cause side
effects, although not everyone gets them.
In the assessment of adverse events following data are used for the frequency of their occurrence :
Very common : More than 1 in 10 treated ;
Common: less than 1 in 100 , but more than 1 in 100 ;
Uncommon : less than 1 in 10 but more readily in 1,000 ;
Rare: less than 1 in 1,000 , but more than 1 in 10 000 -treated ;
Very rare less than 1 in 10 000 -treated , incl. isolated cases.

Tell your doctor immediately if you experience :
rare
Allergic reactions (eg rash , shortness of breath , shock , swelling of eyes, face , tongue or throat) . In rare cases, the benzyl alcohol can lead to allergic reactions.
If you experience at some of the side effects listed below , check with your doctor as soon as possible:
Very rare:
Palpitations (tachycardia) ;
Excessive sweating , acne , skin reactions with itching and hives (urticaria) .
Not known:
Dizziness, drowsiness;
Decreased heart rate ( bradycardia) , heart rhythm disorders ;
vomiting ;
cramps ;
Systemic reactions ( involving the whole body ) are available for rapid penetration (accidental intravenous administration , injection into highly vascularized tissue) or overdose.
If any of the side effects gets serious , or you notice other effects not listed in this leaflet , please tell your doctor or pharmacist.

5 . HOW TO STORE MILGAMMA N
Store protected from light and heat spot. Do not store above 25 ° C.
Keep out of reach of children! Do not use milgamma N injection after the expiry date stated on the carton . The expiry date refers to the last
day of that month. The injection should be administered immediately after opening the ampoule . It is not permissible storage solution ( or part thereof ) after the integrity of the ampoule in order to use for the next injection.

What does milgamma N injection
2 ml solution for injection contains :
Active substances:
Thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1 ) 100mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride ( vitamin B6 )
100 mg
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12 ) 1000 μg
Lidocaine hydrochloride 20 mg

Other ingredients are:
Benzyl alcohol - 40 mg
Water for Injection, substances to maintain physiological pH ( NaOH ), potassium hexacyanoferrate -III and sodium polyphosphate .
