Eye solution with osmotic effect

Indications:

Terso is an ophthalmic solution with osmotic action.

Topical application of mannitol to reduce corneal edema. The application of Terso on the ocular surface generates a concentration gradient, enhancing the extraction of excess fluids from the cornea, which leads to a reduction in edema and a clearing of the cornea. Terso supports the compensatory mechanisms of the eye.

It is suitable in cases of corneal edema caused as a result of:

Postoperative after laser-refractive, cataract and vitreoretinal surgery;

Keratoplasty;

Ocular hypertension;

Glaucoma;

Bullous keratitis;

Fuchs' dystrophy.

Suitable for long-term use. It can be used alone or in combination with other medicinal products to reduce intraocular pressure.

Composition:

Mannitol, glycerol, EDTA disodium salt, chlorobutanol, sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, buffer solution pH 7.2.

Method of use:

Put one or two drops in each eye 2-3 times a day or as otherwise prescribed.

Suitable for children over 12 months, pregnant, lactating women, does not affect the ability to drive and operate machinery. Can be used together with wearing contact lenses.

Unwanted reactions:

No adverse reactions were observed.

Warnings:

The product is sterile until the vial is opened.

Close the vial tightly after use.

Do not use the product after 60 days of opening.

Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Store away from heat sources and out of the reach of children.

Do not swallow it.

Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.

In case of adverse reactions, stop using the product and consult a doctor.

Be careful when applying the drops so that the tip of the vial does not enter the eye.

Do not use the product if the package does not appear intact.
